  Poor at best construction going on no signs to even know what door to enter to pick up parts or avoid dangerous construction going on. Response from customer service people disappointing.

  We were trying to find a specific toilet size and in-store availability. Both the Champaign and Bloomington stores were helpful, courteous and extremely accommodating in assisting us with finding what we need. Fantastic service!
