  I went here because my furnace wasn’t working ( I know nothing about them) I changed my thermostat and it wouldn’t work after that. So I assumed it would be one of a few possible issues. I took a few pictures of furnace so I could show them and ask what a common problem was. The guy at the desk was rude af soon as he saw I was there to ask a question. He said “ we only sell parts not advice” Unprofessional imo
