  Just contacted him to see if he would install a mini split unit into a mobile home. Said he said would only install his unit not one that has been ordered elsewhere; which I understand. I asked for a quote on ordering one from him and installation and his comment was "a mobile homes isn't my preferred choice on installing these".... so what, I'm supposed to build a house so he'll install one? Very unprofessional.

  As a professional I feel it is my duty, and good business sense, to let a customers know when what they want to do will not result in obtaining the best results. I will not do work that I know will not end up in safe, reliable comfort and satisfaction for the customer. I was trying to explain why her selection might not be the ideal choice and she hung up. Everything she said it true except for being unprofessional. I think it is very professional to give sound advice even when customers don't want to hear it.

  Extremely unprofessional and rude! Does not complete jobs. Bad reputation in Saline County for good reason.
