  I had a new unit put in 2+ years ago, since then I have had NOTHING but TROUBLE!! Granted they did come out when I called, but the problem has never been solved. I finally had all I could take and stated I feel if I was a man this would have been taken care of already, I have been easy going about it, giving them chance after chance to fix it. So I finally stated I didn’t want to involve legal counsel, didn’t say I would, said I didn’t want to. This was yesterday when supposedly they had fixed the problem. They had been here 2x this week. I call this morning and state the AC is not working again!!!! I was informed they would not be coming out again to work on the AC. Very unprofessional, they came highly recommended, unfortunately not the case here. Since this morning I have learned I am not the only female that has had issues with them. They ended up having to go with another repair person as well. As for the lady who I has taken all my calls, Dawn she is in the office, she is wonderful and extremely thoughtful I really appreciate her and her kindness. Thank you Dawn for your thoughtfulness.

  First there work speaks for its self . They installed a new Trane a/c and heating system along with new ducting. It was installed quickly,efficiently and expertly installed. They beat there competitors price significantly. I am very pleased, great customer service and a 10 year transferable warranty. Highly recommend. Thank you
