  Feel free to contact me directly with our experience with Calaway Heating and Air. Absolutely dishonest and a very terrible job. We had them install our unit in our new home. Duct work was done incorrectly and the unit was installed backwards. Also we paid for 2 zones and this unit could not do that, it did not have the capability. We were having trouble so we called to get it repaired and they couldn't get to us. So we called another company and that is when we found out about the problems. My husband called the owner directly to see what he would do to fix the problem and he ended up hanging up on him. We are very disappointed, don't get taken by them.

  he came out on time looked over the heating/a/c system found why the heater/a/c compressor would not work. fixed it. he had the part on the truck too. and found that my a/c side of it was a little low on free on charge it . help me in the setting of my ecobee now it running way better . Thanks you great job :-)

  I’d go lower if I could. It’s a shame because his dad built a great company and I used to recommend him all the time. I’ve only had to fire 2 subcontractors in my life.
