  We had a fireplace that was less than 3 years old and it quit working. We called the company who installed it and they weren’t interested in helping us. I called cache Comfort and Ed responded quickly and had the fireplace up and going ( bad gas valve) in no time.

  Ed helped us install our Nest, as well as make sure everything else was looking good. He's a great guy, he was responsive, and even checked back in to make sure things were running smoothly. Highly recommend him. He also has some great workers that help with things.

  Epic failure. Ed seemed like such a great guy when he came to do repairs through our warranty company. Didn't read the previous reviews before hiring him to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Kicking ourselves. It took multiple phone calls and texts to get him to come give us a quote. That should have tipped me off. The quote was excellent, but cheap is expensive and the amount of time and money we now have to spend to repair damages done by Ed doesn't make it worth it. Aside from the obnoxious holes in the side of our house and broken brickwork, he broke our Nest thermostat. When we confronted him about it he got irritable, refused responsibility, made elaborate excuses, and then threw up his hands and bailed without finishing repairing the brickwork damage outside. Unbelievable. Now my spouse is stuck on hold with Nest trying to fix it all ourselves.
