It was a seamless project from beginning to end. Office staff communication was excellent. Liaison with building department permitting was taken care of. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really pleasant. They installed a new tank in the basement and removed a 52 year old 550 gallon tank from the ground. All went perfectly and the whole job was completed in six hours. They even replaced the pachysandra they had to lift off the soil when they started and they left the basement area cleaner than it had been. when they arrived. Highly recommend!

C2G were very professional,, friendly and courteous. They were fun to deal with over the phone. They provided a reasonable quote. Two days after I paid my deposit they were able to remove the above ground tank in my basement after removing the oil. The men who did the work were nice to deal with and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I highly recommend them if you need to have an oil tank removed.

Finally got around to a project I knew we'd have to tackle eventually - removing an old unused underground oil tank after we switched to natural gas years ago. I found C2G from a web search, and I'm so glad I did! From my very first contact with Chrissy at their office to get a quote, they came back with a good price and were totally responsive and professional in helping me get the necessary town permit, and scheduling the work. They showed up right on time at 8am today, dealt with the O&R representative who came by to triple-check that no digging was occurring near gas lines, and got sign off from our town inspector who they had coordinated with. C2G was done in 4 hours. No leaks thank goodness! The C2G employees told me we were lucky - whoever originally installed it had simply buried an above ground tank that was not certified to be underground, so it could have easily rotted out and spilled oil into the soil, which would have escalated this into a costly environmental cleanup project. So if you have an underground tank that you know needs to be dealt with, don't procrastinate any more - contact C2G with confidence!
