  He walked into my home with an attitude! He wanted to see the thermostat which I took him to. He told me to get out of the way and I kindly told him to get out of my house. I couldn't believe his attitude!

  They fixed our issue, but two workers raised their voices at my mother (three guys came over the span of two days); CT (I believe the owner) was the only one to not raise his voice. It's disappointing because respect is of utmost importance when we do business, especially when we are paying hundreds of dollars. One more thing: this was during the pandemic and we wore masks to protect their health – they did not. Best of luck to CT in the future.

  We called CT on a Sunday morning after we woke up and noticed that our heat was not working. He made it to our house within one hour and he had our heat fixed in no time at all. He was fast, polite, and reasonably priced. We were very happy that we called CT and we will call him in the future for any of our heating and air needs!
