  So bad I filed a BBB complaint. I called for my second servicing and was eventually told they went out of business. I was told I would get a partial refund for my unfulfilled service agreement. No refund ever arrived. I filed a BBB complaint.

  Owners are horrible nasty mean people who think because they own a business they are better then everyone else. They dont stand by their services or their word.
