  This established air conditioning business is a complete customer service company! We have requested repairs several times, and the response is always the same! Quick and courteous service. Robert, Cherie, and the staff are the best in the area.

  Robert, the owner, came out on a Saturday with about an hour's notice to quote me for the installation of a new system in July. He was easy to work with, professional, prompt, clear about expectations, and concerned about my family surviving the heat. He listened and answered my questions very respectfully. He immediately found issues with the existing system which no other company has ever mentioned or checked. To top it off, his quote and availability for installation was very competitive. 3 years later: I had to make a service call as our unit just wasn't keeping us comfortable all the sudden. They worked me in the same day I called. Allen and Josh were super friendly and very respectful. They quickly resolved the issue with the outside unit...Absolutely fantastic service. I can not more highly recommend C&R Service and Repair.

  I cannot say enough good about these guys. I had gotten 2 or 3 estimates before I called them and Robert gave me the best estimate and I got the brand I wanted after researching-Daiken. Eric came out and explained everything in detail and he was friendly and knowledgeable. They came out and in less than a day installed my new HVAC system. EEric explained how I could do simple maintenance when I change my filter also. He answered all my questions and never seemed the least bit irritated,instead he seems to love his work.Robert was always available as well and helpful and kind. This is a top notch team and I am thankful God led me to them. PLEASE call them if you need HVAC WORK. YOU will be happy that you did. Thank you so much guys for a professional and caring attitude and impeccable work ethic.😊
