We had Terry install new system in my mother's home. He found structural damage under the home and notified me immediately.  His crew were polite nice and worked hard. Renee was so wonderful to speak with.

I am so thankful for this amazing company. A big thank you to Josh Austin for getting to us and making sure that we were cool. Service was super fast, and their customer service is remarkable. My daughter has a neurological disease that doesn't allow her to be in heat or uncontrolled temperatures. They came just in the nick of time, and saved her from having some very rough days.

Owner left me stranded and refused to even engage me on hvac issue.  Careful of deceptive business practices.

Great company that does what they say without rescheduling. Last October my heat pump went out on me. I contacted several upstate companies including C & M to give me quotes on swapping out my old system for a gas furnace and new a/c condenser. Terry came out to give me a quote, he arrived about 10 minutes earlier than what he had told me so that was a good thing in my opinion. The quote I received was surprising.... there was not a lot of add on equipment like the other companies I received quotes from. After receiving one final quote from another company I called C&M back and scheduled the install for November the 6th which was about 3 weeks away, but that was when I could be off work. The appointment was made for 8 a.m. and I was told work would be completed by the end of install day. The morning of November 6th it was pouring rain and I was waiting for 8 a.m.  before calling the office to see if the install would be delayed. Then about 10 minutes before 8  I see a truck coming up my driveway...I was impressed! C & M made the install happen in some very nasty weather and never gave me any type of negative attitude while performing the install. They finished up around 3 that afternoon and Terry came back out to inspect the install. It has been 5 months of hassle free performance from the system they installed. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Its nice to have this company in little old Pickens SC.

Were awesome, beat the competition, wasn't the cheapest, but had the best warranty. They were a lot cheaper than the all trane, dealers. I'd definitely take a Heil over a trane any day.
