  We turned the thermostat up to kick on the heat and the unit did not turn over. After trying to figure it out myself, with no luck of course, I called Charles. He had me troubleshoot somethings over the phone and being that it is Christmas weekend, he was still willing to come out here, however he told me what it sounded like and told me what to do and check so I could fix it myself instead. He was 100% on the money! Exactly what he said would be wrong, was, and he wasn’t even at my house to see it for himself. Just an awesome guy and I couldn’t be more thankful for him taking the time to do that. I have an upstairs zone that is not working properly as well. I called him back to thank him for helping me with this issue and to hire him for fixing our upstairs unit after the holidays! He has earned our business from here on out! Thank you Charles and merry Christmas!

  Charles was amazing. He arrived early, explained the issues he found, and helped resolve our problems while being just a super nice gentleman the whole time. 10/10 highly recommend.

  Extremely professional and easy to talk to. Ran me through the entire process step by step. He even tried to help over the phone before he could get out to my place. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
