This company is OUTSTANDING! Best Customer Service I have seen since moving to NC in 2014! Both of the times I have used their services, they have come to my rescue within 45 minutes of my call. ( One was an emergency AC outage on a weekend and during the hottest part of the summer ...and YES you heard right ..on a Weekend!!) Their prices are more than reasonable, which is hard to find these days. They even call and tell you who their technician is that they're sending to you so you can match the information when the tech arrives at your door. (What a great safety practice.... especially for people living alone. Keeps you from opening your door to some stranger that isn't there to help you.) I just can't say enough about these folks! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! RS Earl
