  Furnace went out on a Saturday and David from C & C showed up quickly. Professional service, experienced and 3 estimates provided. Sadly install will take 3 days, but not the techs fault at all. Review to follow after install. Update-Today is Wednesday, Chris K and install team showed up on time per my texts and emails with C&C. Professional, upbeat, courteous and competent. New HE Furnace running, smooth and QUIET, not sure if I'm a fan of the HE venting through my brick wall, not astetically pleasing...assured it's the norm with the HE furnaces.

  Brandon and Matt were fantastic! They cleaned up their work, kept me updated on all the steps, and finished quickly. They were informative, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would recommend C&C. They even helped to solve, quote, and have another issue with my water tank addressed while they were here. I am extremely satisfied with the services and look forward to working with C&C in the future. Brandon and Matt are a credit to the company and Lisa, the sales representative I spoke with, was a truly wonderful representative. I have no complaints and could write a novel about how great and smooth this experience was. Glad I chose the membership and will be working with them in the future. **Update 1/18/22** Sam and his partner came to replace my hot water tank today. All of the same attributes of the prior experience applied today as well. C&C was a life saver this week and I am happy to be doing business with this company. 100/10 do recommend!!

  David, the technician, was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved a problem with the humidifier. He was also helpful in diagnosis of the water problem I was experiencing and gave me good instructions for the plumber. I have used C&C for many years and will continue to use this company. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. Their prices are very competitive, especially because their technicians are well trained.
