  From the time that I called for a quote, to the time that they finished installing our new unit was a super quick turn around. We had no heat, and they made it happen. The price was competitive as well.

  Called this company for service on September 19th, in the morning time. I was told brad would be here at 4pm; got a call from Brad after 4pm saying he would be late. When he finally showed up and diagnosed what was wrong with my A/C. He told me he would be out the next day to install the part. Waited all day at home the next day and nothing happened. No call and no service. Got ahold of them in the morning time on the 21st and they stated the part never came in the day before and they just got it today. They then stated they would install later in the afternoon. Once again i waited and called them 30 minutes before they closed to see whats going on. Owner said they fell behind and would be here on the 22nd. I said if they could not be here in the morning than I do not need there service. His reply was ok you can go somewhere else. This company does not care for there customer satisfaction at all. Coming from a veteran, I highly recommend seeking services from another company.

  If I had 10 stars I would give them that! This is a great company. They have gone above and beyond in helping us. I have recommended them to all my friends.
