  Dustin did a terrific job completely diagnosing and repairing our heat pump. He was on the job within 90 minutes of my first call. He identified the problem with a 25-year-old fan motor and had a replacement on the truck. His explanations were professional and polite. It was a very comfortable experience for us, great service. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

  Isaías gave us a heads-up call when he was on his way here, was on time, and was very polite. He quickly identified the problem with our AC unit, fixed it, and did some routine maintenance that the unit was in need of. He was very upfront and clear about pricing before any services were performed. He also went up in the attic, (which is no easy feat in our home) and identified a few issues with our vents. Our AC was pushing out cold air within 10 minutes of him arriving, and after going without AC in the middle of July for almost 3 days, we were ecstatic! Would definitely recommend.

  The technician/William Stover was very professional and courteous. He definitely knows his way around HVAC systems. We had an issue a coupe of years ago and got an analysis and quote from another company and decided to get a second opinion and contacted Butler's. William came out, took a look and found the previous analysis was way off, he corrected the issue, fixed the problem and is the reason we have been with Butler's. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. KUDOS to William.
