  We discovered our water heater had leaked overnight and spent the day calling around for plumbing mechanics while also dealing with the water damage and tearing up carpet. We received vague price estimates and wait times of nearly three weeks before finally calling Burtness-Lundgren. Someone was able to inspect it that day (turns out we would need a special unit) and they delivered the new water heater only two days later. The end price was exactly what they had guaranteed at inspection. Their professionalism and expertise were extremely appreciated!
