  Needed hot tub, that we bought from them, repaired. Could not get them to return calls or stop to look at tub even after stopping in to office to talk to them. If their plumbing is like ther hot tub repair I would not recommend. Just a call is all we needed to let us know what was going on but no call.

  Shower was leaking, guy came and looked at it 3 times and insisted the shower was fine. Called another plumber who found the leak in 5 minutes and fixed it in less than an hour. Would NOT recommend. Waste of time and money.

  I am so disappointed. I cant even give them a star. I guess i had to give them one star to post it. I bought a new spa there four years ago or so. I called them about two months ago that my tub had a leak. After a few calls the service guy showed up. He took the sides off, he looked at it like it was the first one he had ever seen. He said i bet it is the seal by the pump which it was not leaking there but after he took it apart and put it back together then it leaked there. At this point i am not sure he can do much more than hook up a garden hose let alone actual plumbing. He never did narrow it down where it leaked. He said i will be back in a couple of days. A few weeks later i stopped in to ask if they had another tech that knew more. They told me they didn't. He was the go to guy. So another month has gone by. I called in again, the office manager/other owner said the guy that was out is the only one that works on the spas and is so busy he is burning the candle at both ends. I hope his other customers are seeing more knowledge than i experienced. Otherwise that candle will go out soon. Guess i will either haul it to another dealer or trade it for one where they service what they sell. just sad.
