  The technician came out to fix a problem and charged my mother and father over $150.00 and still had the same problem. I called for a technician to come back out to fix the same problem and nobody ever showed up. So I'm looking for someone else who is more reputable for the job. Thank you for your time but in the future I will never call you again!

  The lady who answers the phone is always short and rude. The service guy who came out to look at my fridge said he didn't know and would need to come back when my fridge was making the noise. I called several times and no one ever came back out.

  They are great in the service depth, they don't try to up sale you, or at least they did not when I was there
