Signed contract in May for HVAC install. Started calling Burks almost daily at the end of July. Got a call 2 weeks ago that they’re not going to honor their bid and I should get somebody else.

My heater went down Christmas Eve highs in the 20's. They couldn't get the part, but my HVAC friend got it ordered for me , but he had Covid 19 and couldn't install it. Burks refused to install a part that they didn't order themselves. Even checked with the manager, against their policy. Merry Christmas to you too!Thanks for nothing
