  Called and left message to call us. They returned call very prompt. Came to check system within the hour. Had to order part and returned next morning to fix unit. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Burke Heating and Air in Icard NC

  Brandon installed Heat pump 2015. Last year 2020 my air compressor started leaking and burned compresser up because of where he put the line at he came move line I had to pay shipping and handling for new air compressor$75 & low pressure switch my idea $35 & indoor txv valve & top freon off although $335. He had come back b/c indoor txv valve bad. Month & 1/2 freon leaking on unit. He had come fix that. 3 month late bad indoor txv valve bad again.5 month he had come back and fix indoor valve again. The unit doing same thing again called him for 11/2 week he will not return my calls. My bill powers been Through roof all this ordeal

  Call 8282054803 that is our work phone. Someone always answers and gets you on schedule. You’ve changed your story 4 times so far. We can’t find any paperwork on this. Burke Heating & Air wasn’t established until 2018. Again if you’d call the office we can get it straightened out for you.
