great to work with. came out same day called , got my furnace running, but had came back next day with the parts they needed to make the the repair.I plan to use them again in the future.

Made an appointment 2 days in advance with a 2 1/2 hour window. (10:30 to 1:00.) Sweated for 2 days, took time off work...they didn't call and didn't show up. FYI...my time is valuable to. Totally unprofessional. Will never call again. Lost a loyal customer: C. Bridges

Worst business I've ever dealt with in 20 years living in Chatham County. Installed a AC/Heatpump system in 2015 which has never functioned properly. Despite repeated phone calls to them and initial promises of sending a technician, they do not return messages and evidently will not service their installation - which is still under warranty.
