  After Buric installed our system, we needed them to come and repair it (because a blower broke). They came out to examine it and then completely *ghosted* me. I called them a dozen times and left messages... nothing... nada... by the time I got somebody else to come out he told me that the system was just a couple of weeks out of warranty. Maybe that's why Buric ghosted us? If they had responded then they would have to honor the warranty. TLDR- Don't get screwed. Call someone else.

  Hi there, this is Nick Buric. I'd love to be able to talk to you on the phone regarding the matter. I cannot find your name in our system for previous installations and I cannot find any voicemails regarding the matter either. Let's connect and see what went wrong here, because this is something that would be absolutely unacceptable and not who we are at all. If you've had to pay for another company to come out and repair a system that we installed, we will cover 100% of the cost. We do register all equipment after installation as well, so if the installation was recent, all parts would be covered by the 10 year warranty.
