  They take advantage of elderly people, especially women. They charged my mother over $700 for her generator and didn’t give her a receipt. They put a new spark plug in and that is all they told her they did. They did the same thing to my grandmother who (when lived on her own) started getting dementia, took advantage of her. She was constantly concerned about her furnace and they kept going to her house and charging $200+ each time for absolutely nothing! They are crooks!

  They did a good job! Friendly phone operator and knowledgeable plumber. The only issue I had was timing, but with the employee shortage going on it was just fine. I recommend this company!
