  We have been having issues with our heating/cooling system and have previously had 2 other companies come to look at it with no resolution. The underlying issue was not resolved until today when we called Building Performance Group. We spoke to them this morning and they were here this afternoon fixing our system. Eddie and Coty had great customer service and worked hard to determine the issue. They went above and beyond to help get our system running properly again and I would highly recommend them!

  We recently had BPG perform annual maintenance on our HVAC system. Eddie and Coty were fantastic. Took their time to explain everything and gave me great options on what work to perform. Couldn't be happier with their service. Thank You.....

  Highly recommend BPG. Eddie and Coty diagnosed the problems and formulated a plan to correct them. Coty, Wes , and KT got us fixed. Very professional, on time, kept me informed on how things were going. Cleaned up when done. Made sure I understood what had been done and that I understood how to work thermostats. 5-stars!
