  Very rude, unprofessional and slow. He installed a new furnace in our rental and it took much longer to complete (almost a week) compared to other businesses who quoted the job to take a few hours. He "forgot" to do a few tasks during the install and had to schedule yet another time to come finish the job before the city inspectors came. He argued and shouted at me on one occasion when i asked questions about the new furnace. Our home and garage also smelled like cigarettes every time he was here. Yuck! He's likely the cheapest for a reason.... you get what you pay for.
