  I had talk to someone outside,while the door was cracked open.Trying to explain what I needed and the look I got from customer service was priceless.Never looked at the photo of the part I had showed her.As I was leaving another customer had a part and was let in the store with no problem.Race was the issue here.

  Rob is Very helpful in figuring out what you need for the duct work for your hvac needs. But best to go to the store on Broad Street so one can look at the catalogues and order appropriate stuff.

  I was desperately trying to find an A/C capacitor when our system crapped out in 95 degree day and I decided to do a DIY repair. Was referred to Budny by a local HVAC supply shop that only sold wholesale. They couldn't have been more accommodating and knowledgable. He even gave me a pro tip for installing.
