  I had Derek come out to check and repair my A/C on 5/9/17. He installed 6 lbs of freon at a cost of $689.54. No invoice was left and a week and a half later after asking for it, it was received and stated that the unit had been checked and the inside coil must be leaking. No attempt was made to find leak. Now unit is down again and Derek wants to charge me again for work he didn't do. New company came out and showed me where condition of unit warranted replacement and leak was obvious if coil was checked earlier. Can't be trusted. One star is too much, but no other option.

  Called and Derek came out all I wanted was an estimate for my Insurance company and to find out what was wrong. He took it upon himself with out asking and replaced things then asked me for money for what he did. I do not recommend this company go somewhere else. I have some come out a year ago and everything was fine. After the Hurricane is when it stoped working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  This company is Extremely fair and upfront. The owner personnally is involved with installation and service, and is a wealth of honest information about air conditioners. He will help guide you through the obscene government regulations to pick the right system for your needs (hint: the regulators do Not have your best interests in mind). I highly recommend this company.
