  Called them because we thought our hot water heater was leaking. Their response time was great. Within a few hours they had come and put a new water heater in. My wife and I were still at work, so we weren't able to actually see what the kids were telling us. Turns out, it wasn't the hot water heater, but our A/C condenser had frozen (it's right next to the hot water heater) and the water was coming from it thawing out. So, they didn't check to see if it was actually the hot water heater leaking, before replacing it. Strike one. Then, the helper disappeared and my daughter had to help the guy carry the old hot water heater up the basement stairs. Strike two. When they do get the old hot water heater out of the house he dumps the residual water (and sediment) into the yard. Strike three. That's why only two stars.
