  Very disappointed. Neal, the principal, came out immediately to assess the job. He left saying he would have a quote for me later that day. A week later I called the office and was told he was waiting on one more number and would get back to me the next day. It has been close to a month now and they won’t even answer my calls. Caller ID. If they don’t want to do the work why not just say so.

  I originally bypassed calling BTU when I needed AC retrofitted for our house because they only had 3 reviews. Well 6 weeks and 1 contractor who ignored me later, I called BTU on a recommendation. The 3-star review they had on Google couldn't have been more wrong. The owner, Neal, has been great to work with. Very responsive, on time, and the office staff clearly has their ducks in a row and things organized - which is more than other offices I've worked with. Their service has been prompt and efficient and their rates have been in line with the market. Overall they've been great so far and I wish I would have called them first.

  Our a/c wouldn't turn on and Neal came out to inspect/fix the same day. He was professional and polite. I would recommend to anyone who asks.
