  I cannot say enough good things about this business. First time using them. Another business was going to charge us $20,000 more than BT Reynolds for the same exact job. Let that sink in. Everyone we talked to has been so pleasant. Very reasonable prices. Showed up on time. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Above and beyond in every way. BT Reynolds has taken care of our heat pump for a couple of years, and when we needed a new one, they were the only place we thought of calling. "Conscientious" is the word that comes to mind when i think of any of their service personnel, and, as other reviewers have pointed out, their prices are outstanding. Five stars, easily.

  Staff at the location was super helpful receptionist was super nice and friendly. Gave me same-day service within a reasonable window of arrival. Tech arrived on time was able to explain some of the issues and resolve the issue that we had. Very reasonably priced and outstanding customer service. If any further issues ever happen I will be using this company.
