  I have waited until a week after my repair, I am so happy I used BSB. Jon checked on my system twice to make sure it was all working. It works better than before! Stellar service. I will use BSB until he retires. Professional, kept me informed while we were waiting on the part. There are no words for how fantastic this company is. He worked so hard to help me. There was a manufacturing issue, he went all the way to corporate for me. Polite, thoroughly checked every aspect to be sure my system was right. Honest, no overcharging, exactly as promised. Thank you so much!

  Jon is the best! He is friendly, attentive to listening to the customer, discussed all options for repairing my unit. He was able to get my heat up and running within an hour. I have a much older system so he also sent me replacement options to look into since I know my system may not make it another year. I would recommend BSB Services to anyone!

  I received excellent service. He was honest and very reasonable. Set accurate expectations and kept me informed the entire time. Prompt and courteous. I will not use anyone else going forward. He even checked my warranty so I didn’t have to scramble and find paperwork. Awesome company!! Thank you Jon and Jennifer.
