  We had an appointment at 9am and they were running a little late, so I called. They answered and said they had an emergency and would be here an hour later. Exactly an hour later they showed up! Floyd and another employee cleaned out the wood stove, including the carpet and surrounding areas. They were very nice and personable. I’d definitely recommend them.

  Called and set up an appointment and they never showed. I called them back and left a voicemail but I never heard back. I would give less stars if possible.
