  We have used Bryan Heating and Cooling for a few years now and can not say enough about the service provided. We are able to talk to someone anytime we call, day or night. They are quick to schedule, show up on time and in our experience, at the beginning of the window of time provided. The techs are professional, kind, and courteous. Each time they have been here, care is taken when entering the house to cover shoes and then seek to understand everything that is happening with the system. They diagnose, explain, and then when needed, further repair is handled promptly. We have been very pleased!

  Dustin was the gentleman who came to clean and service my HVAC. He was pleasant, on time and explained things very well. I’ve used this service before and will continue to do so. When calling and setting up the appointment they were nice and courteous and had time frames that were available that worked well with my schedule. Overall excellent service.

  Bryant Heating and Air responded quickly when our heat pump failed. They came out in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and replaced the air handler and emergency heating coils on the same day so we could sleep in comfort. They returned the next day to install the rest of the heat pump system. Justin and his fellow workers were most courteous and respectful. They worked in cold and windy conditions without complaining. Very professional. Thanks Guys!!
