  I called Brunton & Hicks because my AC stopped working, and a friend recommended them. They sent a technician fairly quickly, considering it was a hot day. He was extremely polite, very well skilled, and diagnosed the issue right away. Because I had called this problem in quickly, the AC unit had not yet frozen, so he was able to repair it the same day. This service was extremely professional. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me "extras". I will recommend Brunton & Hicks to my friends gladly, and without reservation. Thank you for fast action, a quick fix, and a polite and knowledgeable technician
