  If there was zero stars that is the rating I would give. I had a boiler not working. Bruce came out and said it was vent damper motor. He needed to come back because he needed to order the part. I was charge over $290 for the part finding out that they are less than $150. $635 later I am still left with no heat. I had to call someone else out and they are the ones that told that part is not very expensive. Since I still have zero heat I am sure I was charged for a unnecessary part. Last person on earth I would call for heating or cooling repair.

  Bruce installed a Fujitsu system in our home about a week ago. When we first discussed a new heating system he gave us some different suggestions but felt the Fujitsu would serve us best. He gave us a quote at that time. The day he installed it, he was quick, efficient, explained as he went along and was finished in a few hours and we paid him the quote he had given us earlier. We highly recommend Bruce for any heating or cooling situation. Thanks Bruce.

  Our houses cooling system went down. He came over looked in the hole and replied we would need to find a smaller guy. Did not even evaluate the issue. Just refused to do the job. I am a 5ft 11in man that weighs at 300 lbs. I crawled down there before to find the problem. This guy just wants to cherry pick his jobs. If its not easy money he wont do it.
