We setup an appointment for a Friday at 2PM, he text to confirm that morning and said it would be at 10AM, at 10:48 he text and said it would have to be Saturday at 9AM, so I confirmed, Saturday at 10:45 he had not showed up so I called him and he said he was 10 minutes away, at 12:34 he had not showed up so I called again and he sent me to voicemail, I would not use or recommend this company, customer service is poor. I had to call another company and be put out until the following week since it was so late on a Saturday, in the mean time we still do not have an oven that is working.
