David arrived and installed two new ceiling fans and a new chandelier. He was timely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication with Brown Service Company from my first call until David arrived was excellent. Due to this experience, all my future electrical work will be scheduled with this company and i want David to be the electrician who comes to my home. We have used Brown Service Company for seasonal maintenance of our heating and AC system. The experience has always been a pleasant one. The office staff is friendly and helpful in finding us an appointment (oftentimes the same day) for service. Most recently, Zach came out to service our heater. He was courteous, professional, on time, and completed the work quickly. He was very respectful of our house and our pets and provided great service. It's such a relief to find a service company you can trust, and we definitely trust and will continue to rely on Brown Service for our heating and AC needs. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using Brown Service Company since we first bought our house 15 years ago. They are excellent. Our most recent experience was with Jimmy. He was very kind and courteous, took the time and made the effort to explain things, and went the extra mile to make sure our system was running as it should. Jimmy is keeping customer service alive! I would highly recommend Brown Service Company!
