I've always counted on the great service provided by Brown's. But in the last year I've tried them several different times and never even get the courtesy of a callback. No way to run a business. Good thing they were good at what they did.

I used Brown's in the past and they were fantastic. This is not the case the last few times. Last time I called for a plumbing issue, they never responded. I ended up figuring out and fixing the issue myself. It turned out to be something minor, so no big deal. Recently my water heater died. It being January, I called for a replacement. 3 days later and still no response. Luckily I called someone else and they were able to replace my water heater promptly.

We called four plumbers back in early November Browns was the only to call back and was prompt to coming out to estimate the work the next day. He gave us a GREAT price we were so excited to get our leaks fixed. He mentioned he was going up north the following week so we waited to cal and schedule as we assumed hunting. We then have left over SIX MESSAGES. No calls back no nothing it’s now almost JANUARY. I understand covid I understand business shut downs but your not even checking messages? I doubt it.
