  Came the same day I called- resolved the issues quickly and for a good price. Will use Brown's from here on out if I ever have any furnace or AC needs. Thanks guys!

  Very disappointed in the service I received from Brown's Heating and cooling. We hired them to install a new heat pump in our home and it took many days to be completed. Often he would not show up and we never received a courtesy call that he wasn't coming. This left us stuck at home waiting for him to arrive but he often didn't show up. We then needed a new thermostat which was to be installed the day after Memorial Day but he didn't show up again. We called 2 days later and he stated that he would be here later that day. 3 weeks later and he still hasn't showed up. We will never give him any more business as this is very unprofessional. K&K Electric installed the thermostat for us. We called them, scheduled a time and they were there. They quickly completed the work and the technician was polite and very professional. I would think twice before using Brown's Heating and Cooling. Just my opinion and my experience.
