  Had same issue as other reviewer. We scheduled them for service a week in advance. They called the day they were supposed come out to say they needed to order the part. We never heard from them again. We followed up by calling them three times and they never returned our call. We had used them three previous times with good experiences. I dont know how people stay in business when they break promises and cannot even return a customer's phone call.

  Call them and he was here in 2 days to give us a estimate. His price was very affordable. He told us be back in a week, which they was right here. Got the work completed and we are very comfortable. They are a very reliable company. HIGHLY reccomend them. This post is for Brotherhood Heating which took over Browns heating

  If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. Their communication sucks. They canceled on us FOUR times and it took days for them to contact us and let us know why they never came. They would come once or twice a week, stay for an hour or so, and leave. The project took them MONTHS and they never finished. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, my husband finally told them not to come back. We will find someone else to finish the job. The job should have taken 2 weeks max, if they stayed for more than 1 or 2 hours once a week. So unreliable. If you have all of the time in the world, heck hire them. If you want something done correctly in a nice timeframe go somewhere else.
