  Brown has been great to work with. We had a little mixup on the scheduling and I ended up buying gas logs that were too big for our fireplace but we were able to get everything installed on time for our holiday gatherings. They went above and beyond to make things right when there was an issue. I can tell they really care about their customers and would be happy to use them again.

  My 22 year old York finally laid down. Browns came out and gave me an estimate on the unit replaced and all ductwork in the house. I’ve never been so impressed with a home repair. They did the entire job in 3 days and the pride they have in their work is way over the top. If you want a high quality job with great people working on your house, give these guys a call. They are honest and will do a great job for you.

  Brown Mechanicals is by far the best AC service out there! Don't get it confused with H Brown & Son Heating Air Conditioning, as I have. Two completely different places! Brown Mechanicals customer service is by far, the best I've encountered in my lifetime. You can tell that they really care about their customers, and not just about making money. My calls have never been ignored and I've never been sent to a automated recording or put on hold for unreasonably long periods of time. The receptionist seems very nice and the guys who do the repairs and installations are very thorough. They always call ahead and let you know when they'll swing by for any repairs, and they make sure the customer is a priority.
