  I called Brown Heating & Air Conditioning because my air conditioning has leaking water in the inside of my home causing alot of water damage. So when they came there was no quote, not really what the problem was they just told me that I needed freon, then their was a fee of 90.00 that wasn't mentioned until everything was done,noone knew what my charge was only that I would receive a bill in the mail. Then the secretary called and told me that it was 80.00 for the freon, not to mention that the problem isn't fixed and it's been a week and my air conditioning is still leaking water. This is not how I handle business you are supposed to inspect and find solution to the problem before working on something and give a quote. Then problem is not fixed,but you expect to still get paid. How is right?

  I apologize that our technicians do not quote pricing. Generally, when a customer calls they want the problem fixed or they will request pricing or an estimate prior to repairs being made. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding about our charges. I do see where we came out twice and no charges were paid by you. Your account was adjusted accordingly and flagged for future reference.

  I managed to get them out to the house once, they put in some stop leak and the thing worked great for maybe a week. Then was just blowing out hot air again. Could never get them to come out again to repair or if needed replace the unit. They were always busy or booked when my wife called, and they wouldn't set appoints. Year later AC is still broken.
