  Very helpful , clean kennels and go out of their way to work with you picking out a new family member. As a result adopted a 6 month old puppy. Shout out to Renee who connected us with the right dog for our other pets.

  My boyfriend and I were very interested in adopting a kitten they had posted and we submitted an application to their email and followed up the next day via phone call. the lady I spoke with was very nice, said she’d call me back later or the next day. she didn’t. so I called and left a message, no call back. my boyfriend sent another email to them and no response back. very unprofessional in my opinion. if you truly want to get cats adopted into their forever homes you would think you’d call people back or atleast have the decency to tell them they weren’t approved or whatever. we have since adopted another kitten here in NY from a very lovely shelter who is very good at communication.

  This shelter is amazing. We were trying for her brother but he was already for foster but she chose us. McBeth is a queen.
