  Brooks was recommended by our contractor. They were professional and polite on the phone from the get go. They sent out John who did a thorough inspection of our current furnace system, ductwork and thermostat. He assessed each issue we were having and offered his recommended solutions for all. He took the time to explain our different options for furnace replacement and optimizing efficiency for our specific home and gave us a very accurate estimate that was exactly what we paid. We were able to get the project scheduled right away. They communicated with us very efficiently and in a timely manner via text and email regarding our appointment. There was a massive snowstorm which closed many surrounding roads and they were prompt in notifying us they needed to delay install and showed up the following day, as promised, despite continuing weather challenges.They handled the entire permitting process with the city and followed up with them to ensure the timely approval of our permit and arranged the inspection with the city to come out the next day and no issues were found by the inspector. They registered our furnace and provided this registration along with warranty information about our specific furnace unit. Overall, from the front office to the sales team to the install crew, we had a professional, very competent and positive experience with Brooks and would recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services!

  Phillip was right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. He was professional and knowledgeable. Office staff were easy to deal with and gave us an appointment within 24 hours of our call. We got a text when he was on the way. I would use Phillip again. Excellent service.

  watched this business’ company truck driving Incredibly erratically. cutting drivers off, going at least 70 in a 45. I was so shocked I felt the need to leave a review. This happened along a long stretch of Rt. 7. Please do something about your drivers. [edit: sent an email as requested on 2/24 and have not received a response)
