  The Brooks technician was here on time. He serviced the furnace and answered my questions. He was very nice.

  Called on a saturday . They asked to charge extra for coming in a weekend. He stayed 20 minutes . told me my system is no longer working and needed to be replaced completely. Gave me the company number to call and get estimate for a new AC unit .He charged me $120 for 20 min. On Monday I called another Company, he also stayed 20 minutes , told me there was a hole, which he sealed then charged the system with Freon and it has been ICE cold since. I called Brooks, they apologized, and they sent me my money back. No further comments

  We called Brooks today for the first time. They were here in 30 minutes. The tech that came out, Chris, found the problem immediately, quoted a price, returned and installed it in 45 minutes. Y’all have our business for good now. I just hope we get the same technician. Chris is a real asset to your company.
