  Brody Pennell replaced our old company after we weren’t satisfied with the previous one. They serviced our 3 AC/heat units and we recently had a flood that damaged part of the furnaces and some ducts. Jeff came out today. He was on time. Spend a few hours repairing everything. He was professional and respectful. I recommend this company work and workers. Keep it up!

  This is the second install that I've had from Brody and the work is consistently high quality. The team this time around --Jonathan, Omar, Luis, and Sal were particularly professional. They arrived on time, went above and beyond to finish the job thoroughly and completely and left the job site neat as a pin. Just pro work from start to finish. Their bid was a little higher than the others but worth the expense for a job done right.

  I have been a customer of Brody-Pennell for several years. Today, Technician Jeffrey Orellana performed maintenance on my heating system. He also checked on a few issues I brought up with him. In addition to the service provided, I appreciated his taking time to answer questions about how to make the best use of my system and prevent problems. He was a wealth of information. Very professional. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you!
