Gary and Ethan were exceptional professionals who came to give us a tune up after having a new HVAC installed last April. They were friendly, kind, on time, and professional. They not only looked at my HVAC, but they gave me a total home report to help me make decisions about my water heater and insulation. We had a great conversation about my appliances and they made sure to help me understand how each piece operates and what to look out for. This was above and beyond your standard tune up. Our water heater went out on us, they came, got rid of the old one, put in the new one, they were clean and professional about the process. After there was a minor leak, gave them a call and they were back within the hour, mind you the pipes being worked on weren't exactly the newest, fixed the leak no questions asked. If that isn't an honest worker, please tell me what is. Give them a shot, some of those places that say "They do what's right" well they want to charge a bit more than what others might, but Broad Ripple Service Experts, they did what was right, and even when something happened, they made it right.

BRSE were initially responsive when we were purchasing and installing a new complete HVAC system at the end of 2020, but were very difficult to get a hold of when it came to installing the zone control we purchased at the same time. It took about four months of calling and trying to get them to schedule the install before someone realized we had been put off for that long, then they came out right away to install the zone control in April 2021.
I've been having trouble with the furnace short cycling at the beginning of January 2022, and I'm about to have a sixth visit to attempt a repair. I'm not sure what's wrong with it or why it keeps failing to heat the house properly, but I hope it can be fixed for good before it gets even colder in February. I can't very well sell my house if the heater is malfunctioning, especially in winter.

Super professional gentlemen did a thorough inspection of my boiler system including checking all the vents and going in the attic and checking pipes!  Thoroughly explained everything and gave me a helpful tip with regard to getting a rebate from AES For insulation installation
