  Our houseboat HVAC system was not working when we arrived to check on the boat in January. Needless to say it was quite cold that Friday night. Saturday morning I contacted Brian and explained our situation. Brian explained he had another call to take care of and would call when he was heading our way. He did what he said he would do and arrived just a few hours after we talked. Within an hour he efficiently diagnosed our problem was at the dock pedestal due to loose wires that caused the plug to short out. It is very difficult to get any type of reliable service at the lake but Brian is truly breaking that stereotype and it was easy to see that he is an expert in his field. Top notch Brian. I have no doubt you’ll have continued success around the Osage Beach area.

  100% Will never recommend anyone else at the Lake. The guys came out and found my system was non repairable (which I had a feeling) and replaced the system in a timely, professional, and reasonable price. Thanks Brian and team!!! You are the BEST!

  Called Brian on a Sunday morning at 8am on one of the hottest days of the year when the ac went out. All others were booked out for the whole day and couldnt get to me until Monday or Tuesday. Brian was there by 9:30 and fixed my ac at a very reasonable price. Nice guy, great service! Thanks again Brian!
