  Everyone we dealt with at Bri-Ton was friendly, professional and respectful. They did an excellent job and it sure is nice to be warm on these chilly fall mornings. I would not hesitate to call them in the future, and would recommend them to everyone I know.

  They installed my outdoor AC system and heat pump 2 yrs ago. Noticed some issues with the unit about a month ago and they came out, said it looked fine. The issue got worse and I called them again, this time they decided the electrical hook up to my home needed replaced because water was getting in and shorting it out. I was scheduled to have it replaced today (I have been waiting 2 weeks for the part to come in and have been without heat the entire time) but they never showed up! I called about 5 times to the office and no one answered. The maintenance service is horrible, it really stinks that due to my warranty, I'm stuck with these knuckleheads another 8 years or pay out of pocket. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!
